I saved the templates to my computer, but cannot get them to work. Any ideas? Thanks Judi

The documents are in Microsoft Word (.doc) and is easily openable by Word to edit. The gray box that says something like "This is where your VBS information should go" is where you start to type in your church's information.

The templates are meant to be used with the Answers VBS promotional materials -- the grayed logo et. al is merely for placement purposes. Since the logo is already on the promo materials, it won't print.

I can not get the buisness card templete that I edited to print on the promo buisness cards...the printer just spits out an empty page. I understand that the grayed logo won't print because it is already on my materials for an example...but I can't get my own info on the cards. I can save it in and edit it in WORD...but it will not print. Can anyone help me please? Thanks!!!

I'm wondering if it has something to do with the matching font that I down loaded...I just tried to print any kind of writing in that font and for some reason it will not print. I think I'm going to try your templete with out using the matching fonts and see if that will make it work.

Our IT guy has been working on fixing the printing problem and we'll upload the fixed documents within the next day or so.

I am having similar problem with the business cards. I have entered all my information but when I try to print everything is black. My print preview shows my correct information but again just prints a black sheet.
